jmp is an application that operates on files used to generate jump lists, a feature similar to shortcuts.

The AppID (or application identifier) is used here as part of the name in the construction of the Destination filename.

The application identifier is a 16 character name and is usually based on the process name, but ultimately can be specified by the application.
