TCel is a Mac OS X application that enables you to achieve pixel perfect webpages by laying out an image on top of a webpage opened in your browser and compare them.

You will be able to use various types of images, adjust their opacity and position the image overlay exactly where you want.

NOTE: To buy TCel via the App Store, an Apple account is required.
