However, during my tests, I found that the usage recording works, but the usage frequency is not displayed reliably within the Preferences window, SpaceLauncher failing to show the correct usage for some keys until you restart it. This does not affect its speed or the way it works, but it will affect the keys highlighted in the hint window.

At the time of writing this review, SpaceLauncher also had a bug that would mix up your writing if you typed it very fast. Nevertheless this bug has been fixed, and the review and the rating have been updated.

It is also important to mention that you can disable SpaceLauncher using the toggle button next to the “Launch at login” option in its Preferences window if you don't need it running in the background.

All things considered, although there still are improvements to be made, SpaceLauncher is a capable and user-friendly app launcher and keystroke simulator designed to help you save time by making it a lot faster to start apps, as well as open file and folders in a blink of an eye.
