    SixtyFour description

Allows you to open applications in 64-bit mode

SixtyFour lists apps that will open in 64-bit mode and facilitates the changing of a preference to force the apps to open in 32-bit mode.

If you force an application to open in 32-bit mode you will eliminate the additional memory overhead.

Eliminating the additional memory overhead could potentially increase overall system performance.

Overall system performance will increase especially on older systems that have little memory available.

Note: An application running in 64-bit mode uses approximately 2X the memory when running in 32-bit mode.

    Limitations:

    · Time limited usage.

Softpedia guarantees that SixtyFour 1.0.9 is 100% CLEAN, which means it does not contain any form of malware, including spyware, viruses, trojans and backdoors. [read more >]
