Screen Scales is a free and easy to use AIR program that will give you the ability to drag markers around your screen to measure the distance between two points.

Measure distances and angles between two or more points on your screen. You can add as many line segments as you like and set a custom scale factor.

Screen Scales also comes with support for dual monitors up to a maximum of 2880 pixels wide.
