Screen Cutter is a simple and menu bar based OS X tool that helps you to quickly select part of your Mac's screen and move it where you want it as an always on top window.
Screen Cutter allows you to keep an eye on the cut part of the screen by displaying it as a real-time updating image so you can see the its contents at all times.
NOTE: To buy Screen Cutter via the App Store an Apple account is required.
