What is more, Shutdown Timer allows you to expand its interface in order to set longer timers by moving the timer slider further to the right. Although the last two presented features are useful and practical, we found them a littler counterproductive.

It would be much easier if you could create, save and use multiple timer settings directly from within Shutdown Timer’s main window without generating multiple timer files.

Even though, the “expand the window in order to expand the timer reach” feature seems fun, but it could be annoying in certain situation. For example, if you like to work with multiple opened windows and applications at the same, time it would be bothersome to stretch Shutdown Timer allover your opened windows in order to set a longer timer value.

In spite of its drawbacks, Shutdown Timer is a helpful and reliable application that you can use to schedule your Mac to display notifications, shutdown or sleep.
