RetinaCapture For Mac

RetinaCapture is a simple, minimalist application designed to capture screenshots on the best quality regardless if you are using a non-Retina or Retina Apple computer.

RetinaCapture is able to detect your display’s type and then offers you the possibility to choose which resolution you want to use for your captures: standard (1X), Retina (2X) or both.

The app will output the screenshot(s) to a location of your choice and you can also specify the output file type (PNG, JPEG or TIFF).

The RetinaCapture main window also enables you to decide which capture mode you want to use: Screen (grabs the entire screen), Timed Screen (comes with a 10 seconds delay), Selected Region or Window.

RetinaCapture includes built in hotkeys for each capture mode: Screen (Command+1), Timed Screen (Command+2), Selected Region (Command+3) or Window (Command+4).

RetinaCapture is an extremely easy to use application that comes with an intuitive workflow and enables you to decide if you want to grab screenshot at Retina quality level or not.
