The Pixel Tester application comes with a streamlined workflow that makes the testing process extremely easy. Start by selecting the display you want to test, and then move your cursor around to change the pattern displayed on the screen.
Depending on the display area in which you place the mouse, Pixel Tester shows different colors and patterns: pure red / blue / green when the pointer is in the bottom screen area, and pure white for the top of the screen.

To make sure you are able to identify all dead pixels, Pixel Tester comes packed with a collection of patterns designed to make them visible. Moreover, you have the opportunity to test various displays with minimal effort: the app recognizes all connected devices and allows you to choose the one on which you want to perform the test.
