Photo Date Changer is an intuitive and streamlined Mac application that promises to help you make fast work out of adjusting your photos’ EXIF timestamps, one at a time or in bulk.

Moreover, to start adjusting your photos’ timestamp information, you just have to drag and drop them on to the right side panel. Once you’ve added all the files that need to be manipulated, you can set the new timestamp information to be written using the left side calendar controls.

From the top left drop-down menu, you can choose to set a custom EXIF timestamp, to copy the timestamp info over the creation date or to copy the file creation date over the EXIF timestamp information.

An extra option allows you to manually adjust the EXIF timestamp by adding a given amount of time or removing it in order to correct the timestamp on photos that were taken with a camera that had an incorrect date and time configuration.

After you’ve finished customizing the EXIF timestamp according to your needs, all that remains to do is to click the “Perform Changes” button to launch the automated editing process.

Photo Date Changer promises to help you set a new EXIF timestamp to all CR2, NEF, CIFF, ARF, CRW and JPEG photos you may want to manipulate. It should be noted though that adding and subtracting time out of the timestamp of a set of photos is only supported for JPEG files.
