PDFpenPro is a macOS utility that allows you to process editable PDFs, or make annotations and highlight certain areas. Note that PDFpenPro includes all the PDFpen features, while also allowing you to convert websites to PDFs, create PDF forms or Table of Contents, and edit the document permissions.

To get started, simply open a PDF document or choose to create a new one via the “File” menu. PDFpenPro will open a new window for each file, and most of the editing tools can be accessed via buttons placed in the top window toolbar.

Besides the basic annotation tools, PDFpenPro comes with an OCR tool for scanned documents, allows you to change the order of the PDF pages, offers you the possibility to add entries to the Table of Contents, and more.
