My Health Report aims to align with the latest trend of keeping track of your health with the help of technology. However, the application will not import data from devices specifically designed to monitor your activity: you have to input all the data manually.

Within the My Health Report main window, you can easily input daily information about your temperature, well-being, appetite, weight, or blood pressure (systolic, diastolic, pulse, and pulse pressure).

You can also input the results of your blood analysis tests and store information about the hemoglobin, CRP, ESR, albumin, or WBC level.

To input the data, My Health Report provides numerous slider bars that can be moved to modify the parameter value. However, the sliders are not very accurate, so being able to input this information using the keyboard would be a great improvement.

By default, My Health Report displays the latest 15 days but using the calendar tool you can easily select a specific time period. This is very useful because, in the Chart area, My Health Report will automatically create graphs for each type of data, for the current selection.

As a result, you can visually analyze the evolution of each parameter related to your health. What’s more, the information, including the graphs, can be easily exported to a well-formatted PDF document that can be shared with your doctor.

My Health Report is a diary application focused on enabling you to record information about your current state. Within the app’s Preferences window, you can input details about your height and age and My Health Report will also automatically determine your BMI.

To sum up, My Health Report comes with an intuitive user interface and offers you the possibility to quickly input data and generate graphic reports. The drawback is that all the information must be inserted manually, and the export options are limited to PDFs.
