Meditation Timer is a really simple cocoa app but nonetheless  a very usefull tool for those that meditate alone and don't want to watch a clock.

Meditation Timer consists of some good sounds, an appropriate interface, and thats about it.

You can also add your own sounds by adding them to the resource folder (see Meditation Timer's help file). Its got a lovely interface inspired by the new unified title/toolbar look (which by the way I hope will become standardized.

Meditation Timer - In the Meditation Timer's main window you can set the time intervals for your meditations as well as the background music to be played.Meditation Timer - To gain control over the delays simply click the triangle next to 'More Options'. The window will enlarge to show settings for a start delay and period chimes.Meditation Timer - Exporting a session to iTunes is easy: just set up the session you'd like to export by setting the intervals and chimes you'd like, and then select 'Export to iTunes...' from the File menu.
