MakerWare is a free and cross-platform application that enables you to easily prepare 3D models (.stl and .obj files) for printing with the MakerBot 3D printer.

You will be able to open and arrange objects on the build platform, move, rotate or scale the models and to setup two-color prints for your MakerBot Replicator or Replicator 2X.

Note that MakerWare is not a design application, meaning that you can create 3D models with any software you like and import them to MakerWare.
