MD5er - Compare a MD5 hash to a file, quickly and easily! Never really liked going into the terminal to compare MD5 hashes of files? Try using MD5er!
MD5er is used for verifying downloads, to make sure nothing got lost in the process.
Download sites sometimes gives you a piece of code with letters and numbers, called a hash, and your supposed to do something with it to compare it to the file you just downloaded.
This involves using the Terminal, and if you are a novice computer user, mucking around with stuff that you have no clue about.
MD5er is a easy to use program that gets the code of the file, and compares it to the code you have for you!
