Locko For Mac

Locko is a lightweight and streamlined macOS password manager that comes with a modern yet very organized interface and helps you keep track of all your accounts, software licenses, confidential pictures or documents and more.

Locko’s installation does not raise any issues: simply drag and drop it into your Applications folder. The first time you launch Locko you must set up the master password (can be changed at a later time from the Preferences window).

By default, Locko automatically locks its main window after one minute of inactivity (the time interval can be modified), so make sure you memorize your master password.

Locko allows you to store its database locally or you can choose to place it in your Dropbox account and make it accessible on all your devices. Moreover, Locko enables you to create manual backups via the Preferences window.

The Locko app offers you the possibility to organize your entries by type: web logins, wallet, accounts, notes, pictures or documents. You can create a favorites list for frequently used credentials.

Moreover, Locko includes a password generator that can create random passwords by using lowercase and uppercase letters, digits and punctuation marks. Locko also enables you to set up the password length and lets you know its strength level.

As an  added advantage, Locko provides you with matching extensions for your Safari, Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome web browsers.

You can choose to install the browser add-ons via the Extensions panel from the Preferences window. This way, you will be able to access your accounts details without leaving your browser.
