Jinni For Mac

For most of us working with computers has become a daily activity and many of our habits have adapted accordingly. For example, we no longer carry around as much paper as we used to, instead, our information is virtually stacked on computers, smartphones, or cloud based services.

Jinni is not one of those fully featured applications, but instead, takes things right back to basics. Jinni is a small and forthright macOS menu bar application designed from the ground up to help you keep track of your tasks and to be as user-friendly as possible.

Once installed on your Mac, Jinni will reside in and can be accessed from macOS’ status bar menu. The fact that Jinni is built with simplicity and ease of access in mind becomes evident once you open the app and discover that in order to add a new task in the list, only one click and a single press of the Enter key are all that’s required.

From here on forward, things get even simpler: double-clicking the task title will enable you to quickly edit them, and marking as done, as well as deleting tasks is done via simple on-hover buttons.

Staying true to its philosophy, recording and prioritizing your tasks with the Jinni app is done in an old-school fashion by dragging and dropping tasks that are important towards the upper part of the list.
