TeaTimer is a free and easy to use OS X application designed from the get-go as a timer for steeping tea.
When launched, the TeaTimer app will automatically place an icon in your Mac's menu bar.
In order to start using it for brewing tea, you just have to choose the steeping time and a notification will pop up when the time is up.
