GrupaDupa can find duplicates on any folder or hard disk very fast. GrupaDupa will create a report listing the names of all duplicates found.
As trying to judge which duplicates to keep is ultimately a decision that can only be made by you GrupaDupa offers you to open the report and stops there. Basically, it is a very small job extremely well done.
Tip: As scanning a whole HD looks into folders you do not need to scan (like system or library for example) WordPower suggests you scan any subfolder as a separate search instead.
The report will be created in a flash and you will have fewer duplicates to deal with at a time.
WordPower suggests you copy each duplicate and find all occurrences in Finder, Spotlight or your favourite find utility.
Limitations:
· Will work for 99 times and will create a report for the first 2 dups found only.
