Graffiti for Mac
Ending emails with professional looking signatures will certainly add to your prestige. Graffiti is a small Apple Mail.app plug-in that provides the necessary tools to create beautiful signatures that will preserve their appearance in any circumstance.
Graffiti offers support for working with HTML or CSS and as a result, you can use parts of your website or you can include hyperlinks to your personal page, social accounts and more. Editing the content in HTML will also eliminate any possible issues with the text formatting.
The Graffiti plug-in comes with its own installer so the entire process is quite straightforward. However, keep in mind that you must restart the Mail.app before using the plug-in. You can access the plug-in’s capabilities via the panel that will be added to the Mail Preferences window.
In the Graffiti main window you can view your signatures list: it will automatically detect previously defined signatures and offers you the possibility to edit them. Moreover, you can start fresh and create a new signature or you can duplicate an existing one.
In the bottom area of the Graffiti main window you can preview the signature content which depends on what tags you want to use. Each template contains certain key tags that can be easily enabled or disabled. At the same time, when enabled, the user must assign a value to each key.
Navigate to the signature settings area if you want to add content without using template keys or if you want to change the text formatting. Graffiti provides a visual editing area which resembles a basic text processor and a HTML panel for experts.
All in all, Graffiti is a nice plug-in that can be very useful if you want to give a professional look to your signatures or if you want to use the same pattern for multiple accounts.
