Google Apps Manager (GAM) is a free and open source command line tool which allows administrators to control their Google Apps domain and accounts.

With Google Apps Manager you can create users, turn on/off services for users like POP and Forwarding and much more.

Google Apps Manager is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux. Binaries for the Windows and Linux platforms are available on the project's homepage.
