What's new in GPX Reader 2.2:
- Updated the QuickLook integration in GPX Reader: customized it to better match the new Yosemite style. Also fixed a bug where QuickLook won't work on some machines.
- Changed the track color to a red color so it's better visible on the map and added a white stroke around it in order to get the best visual effect.
- Updated the annotation's style so it matches the iOS version's annotation design.

GPX Reader allows you to view waypoints, routes and tracks, but it enables you to switch any of these items on or off from the menu bar, if you want. After installing the GPX Reader application, you can access a Quick Look visualization for your files, without even opening them. You can check the number of routes, tracks and other visible information just by analyzing the preview.
The application provides you with complete support for TCX files, which you can view and open at any given time. All supported files can include annotations, and GPX Reader will display the annotations with ease.
GPX Reader's main interface is very simple and displays only the file content, other actions can be accessed from the menus, if needed.
All GPX files on your Mac can be found quite easily, if you take into account the fact that GPX Reader integrates with Spotlight.
All in all, GPX Reader is a very useful application for anyone that works with GPX files. It has a great interface, provides support for annotations and includes Quick Look support. For its current price of 1.99$, I think that this is a great buy, if you're on the lookout for such a tool.
