Export Calendars Pro For Mac

If you are looking for a way to share your schedule with people that do not use Apple’s Calendar application, Export Calendars Pro might be exactly what you need. The app scans your calendars and allows you to export the data to CSV, Excel or tab delimited text files.

Working with Export Calendars Pro is fairly intuitive since you can access most of its capabilities via the app’s main window which is organized in two tabs: Fetch Events and Export.

In the Fetch Events panel you can specify the time period you want to process (today, current week, current month, current year, quarter 1, quarter 2, quarter, 3, quarter 4 or custom) and the calendars you want to include.

Export Calendars Pro will automatically detect all events and reminders and will display them in list mode in the right side of the main window. For each entry you will be able to view the start and end date.

Export Calendars Pro allows you to choose if you want to include all day events, only items with participants, only uncompleted reminders or updated reminders.

In the Export panel you can specify the layout for the output file, the sorting order and the export file format (Excel Workbook or CSV / tab delimited).

If you want to create CSV or tab delimited text files you must specify the character that indicates a separate field, the text encoding and the line endings. You can choose to replace the linebreacks in fields with a character of your choice or you can easily add column titles.
