Ehon For Mac

Designed to help you manage your comic books and ebooks collection, Ehon comes with a modern and intuitive design that will get you started in no time. All you have to do is import the files to the app by indicating the storage location.

Ehon offers you the possibility to add the files to the app’s library while preserving their location or you can choose to copy them to the Ehon library folder: go to the Preferences to check the appropriate box and specify the library folder location. However, take into account that the feature will not apply to already imported books.

Since the app can play a sound when the importing process is over, you can leave Ehon to work on its own. The app can use the folder name as the name of a series when importing or the numbers from a file name as the issue number. The success of these two features depends on the way in which you choose to organize your books.

Other customization options include the possibility to change the background color for the comic book files or for the PDF files. From the Preferences files you can also choose the categories listed in the Ehon main window: folders, smart folders, series groups or authors groups.

Ehon can be used to navigate, search and manage the books collection but also provides tools for actually reading the included books. You can easily turn the page (allows you to change the page turning direction), zoom in and out, set bookmarks or enable the full screen mode. Last but not least, the Start / Stop Sharing button from the top toolbar allows you to share certain library folders on your local network.

Ehon can prove to be a great companion whenever you need to manage your books collection or find a certain title and proceed to reading the book in no time.
