Diabetes Logbook X is a very useful free and simple to use logbook for tracking and reporting diabetes related events: blood glucose level, insulin units (for two insulins), medication taken, carbohydrates consumed, ketone tests, events and notes.
It's your data so you can export the data as a text file and import data from other diabetes sources, currently: Diabetes Logbook X export files, Logbook DM v3.3 for Palm (CSV export file), UTS Diabetes v1.3 (saved email file).
Three types of reports are available and are based on the reports we have used with our Diabetes medical team for over 2 years: detailed list, summary lists for each day period, and glucose logbook.
Diabetes Logbook X is freeware, but donations to Diabetes UK, http://www.diabetes.org.uk/get/donate.htm are welcome as this will help the developer's young son who has Type 1 diabetes.

· Updated: Supports import of Accu-Chek Smart Pix XML files. All XML files in the selected folder will be imported and the latest imported events are tracked against the serial number of each device so no events are missed when importing only new events from different devices.

For example, if the pump does a Bolus within 5 minutes of a meter's BG test the two records will be merged into one logbook event.
· Updated: Import of exported events from the Palm LogbookDM application now converts most categories into time periods. Snack and fasting categories...
