CopyPaste Pro for Mac
The Mac OS X pasteboard is a great tool whenever you want to move text from one area to the other, but it grants access only to the most recently copied snippet. CopyPaste Pro is an unobtrusive status bar menu app that records a certain number of clips (50 by default) and allows you to quickly access them at a latter time.
Automatically records the text snippets sent to your clipboard
CopyPaste Pro is designed to work in the background without interfering with your activity: the snippets are simply added to the Clip History list. Via the CopyPaste Pro Preferences window you get to specify how many clippings should be saved, and the application takes care of the rest.
On the other hand, CopyPaste Pro also allows you to add your own entries in an Archive: this practice is recommended if you are using the same text strings frequently, because you get to put it any of them on your clipboard almost instantly.
Quickly find clips within the pasteboard history
CopyPaste Pro comes with a search tool that enables you to quickly find specific terms inside your text snippets. Moreover, the application allows you to sort them by name or date, and enables you to reverse the entries order. The same rules apply when working with archives entries.
In addition, CopyPaste Pro comes with a collection of efficient text processing tools (capitalize words, uppercase, lowercase, remove styles, clean and unwrap, and more), can insert different types of dates, extract internet or email addresses, count the included words, shorten URLs, and more.
Versatile and user friendly clipboard history manager
CopyPaste Pro offers you the possibility to improve your overall workflow by providing access the text snippets previously placed on your clipboard. At the same time, the app allows you to create your own collection of frequently used clips, and comes with a handful of useful tools that can automatize simple yet time consuming actions.
