ChimeX can sound out custom alerts for the hour, half hour, and quarter hour. You may have the computer speak the time, play a sound file of your choice, play the standard alert sound, or do nothing.
If the "Set Alarm Time" is selected, then at the selected time is reached, the sound option that was chosen will play.
ChimeX is also useful for setting up a reminder alert in addition to the houry notifications.
