CandyBar For Mac

CandyBar is now a free and unsupported application and you can register it using the following serial number:

CandyBar comes in handy if you need to easily import and manage different icons collections.

The application ensures that you have quick access to all icons you have ever used, but you can also quickly go back to the default designs, if needed.

CandyBar includes powerful search capabilities and, once you found an icon that you want to use, you can assign it to an application, folder, device or volume.

CandyBar allows you to preview the icon design in the main window and you can easily assign it via a simple drag and drop action.

CandyBar can be used to customize your Dock’s appearance: you can change the Dock background image, the bottom edge, the separator or the active indicator.

To apply the changes you will need the administrator password. The same rule applies if you want to restore the Dock to its default design.

You can switch between the resources that can be customized through the Change Tab. These resources are organized in 4 panels: one for system icons, one for applications, one for the Dock and one for different volumes. This way you can easily find the icons you want to replace or the areas you want to customize.

Moreover, the Quick Drop tool can be used to replace specific icons: select the new icon you want to use and drop the file or folder you want to customize on top of the Quick Drop area.
