Booxter is a useful and practical macOS application specially made to help you manage and organize your book, music, movies and comics collection with ease.

As follows, Booxter enables you to create different libraries containing your books, music, movies and comics collection.

Booxter offers you three viewing modes that makes it easy for your to view, manage and organize your collection.

The list view displays a standard list of items with customizable columns that provide detailed information about each stored item.

However, you can filter the previewed items and drill down using different attributes in order to find the desired book, song, movie or comic.

Moreover, Booxter is capable to scan barcodes and add the scanned items to your collection. You have the option to scan barcodes by using your Mac’s webcam, wirelessly by using a Bluetooth barcode scanner or via a USB barcode scanner connected to your Mac.

Although you can scan the barcode of your books, music and movies, Booxter does not offer support for comics, fact that might push away prospective users. On the bright side, Booxter is capable to search multiple online sources for metadata and information for the scanned items.

On top of that, Booxter helps you crete dynamic and intelligent lists with your items and allows you to import data from coma or tab delimited text files. At the same time, you can export data to various file formats such as XML, CSV, HTMl, BibTeX and more.

What is more, Booxter enables you to keep track of borrowed items along with information from your Contacts list about the person who borrowed the book, movie or comic. Booxter tests your knowledge with a quiz game based on the items available in your collection.
