Affiliate for Mac1.2.2
Many websites provide affiliate programs in order to help users make some income when sharing links to various products.
Affiliate is a small status bar menu application for the Mac OS X designed to automatically attach the affiliate codes to Amazon, iTunes, or Deal Extreme links in order to make your life easier.
Unobtrusive workflow and simple to set up
Affiliate resides in your status bar and does not disrupt your workflow in any way: when a link is processed, the application displays a notification in your status bar and automatically places the affiliate URL on your clipboard. All you have to do next is share the link with your friends or on your personal page.
At the moment, Affiliate provides support for 3 websites: Amazon, iTunes and Deal Extreme. To get started, open the Affiliate panel (click on the icon placed in your status bar) and input the necessary affiliate information.
iTunes, Amazon, and Deal Extreme integration
In the iTunes tab you must specify if your are using the Tradedoubler or the PHG affiliate network, and then you must provide the affiliate token, the program ID, the site identifier, and the campaign value (optional).
To be able to properly process your Amazon links, Affiliate requires your Amazon affiliate tag, while the Deal Extreme links use your affiliate ID. Last but not least, if you want to create affiliate links for other websites, you can send an integration request to the developer.
User friendly solution for creating affiliate URLs
Affiliate proposes a fast, intuitive, and efficient solution for making sure that you always share links that have your affiliate information attached. At the same time, since the URLs are generated automatically, the results are less prone to mistakes.
All in all, Affiliate is a great tool to have around if you need to generate affiliate links without too much hustle.
