PhoneView is a versatile and intuitive OS X desktop utility designed to enable you to access, manage and back-up data from your iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch devices.

Powerful and streamlined iOS device browser and manager

Moreover, the PhoneView app can be seen as a way to quickly access or transfer the SMS / MMS messages, contacts, iMessages, call history, photos, notes, and other data from the comfort of your Mac's desktop.

In order to access the data on your iOS devices, it is recommended that you connect the device via a USB cable directly to one your Mac’s USB ports because using a keyboard USB and USB hub connection may result in slower transfers.

Once you've connected your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to your Mac, iTunes will automatically launch. You can choose to close or ignore it if you want to manage it using PhoneView.

Helps you access and backup all your messages to your Mac

If you choose to browse your iOS device’s contents with the help of PhoneView, you will have your iMessages and SMS messages at your fingertips. You can back them up on your computer and view them later even if your iPhone is not connected.

Another worth mentioning advantage of using PhoneView is that you can easily view and archive your voice mails to a safe location on your Mac. Thus, every time your iPhone is connected, the application backs up your voice mail data.

Quick and user-friendly multimedia manager for iOS devices

What's even better, you can use the PhoneView application to access any type of media on your iOS, to view, download and manage pictures, videos, music and other types of multimedia files or organize them into folders.

Comprehensive and intuitive iOS contacts and bookmark backup tool

In addition, apart from accessing your contact list and copying it to your Mac, PhoneView will also make it a breeze to sync your Safari bookmarks to your computer with only a few mouse clicks.
