Smart Widget Installer is a simple application designed to upgrade existing Dashboard widgets without closing your open widgets.
To use Smart Widget Installer simply drag and drop the new version and choose the installation method: normal or smart upgrade.
The normal method is applied to completely new widgets while the second will upgrade pre-installed widgets without closing the old copies.
