Minimalist interfaceTo start using Singlemizer you just have to drag and drop the folders or drives you want to scan for duplicate files. Once all your folders are added, you can easily prioritize the search order according to your preferences.
At the end of the scanning process you can sort the results list based on the sequence number, duplicates size, duplicates count, original filename, duplicates type, checked count or wasted space. Additionally you can sort them descendingly or ascendingly.
Automatic and manual duplicate selectionThe great thing about Singlemizer is that you can work with the duplicates’ list as files are processed in the background. What is more, you can filter the displayed duplicates based on their type, for example, you can view only folders, pictures, movies or music.
The context menu helps you designate the selected file as original, view it in Finder, open it with another application and use Quick Look panel to preview it.
Batch remove capabilitiesWhen you are happy with your selection, you can configure Singlemizer to replace the selected files with an Alias, Symlink or Hard link to the original file, move them to a location of your choice or to Trash.
The precision and the efficiency of the file detection is ensured by the advanced and fast scanning algorithm that uses the file’s content via cryptographic digest function.
