PowerBlock is a very easy to use application designed to prevent the shutdown of your Mac through an accidental press of the power button.
PowerBlock is also able to run an AppleScript that allows you to choose if you want to shutdown the system immediately, restart, sleep or eject a DVD when the power button is pressed.
To override PowerBlock you must hold the power button pressed for more than 4 seconds.
