Layout de teclado Brasileiro allows the use of portuguese accented characters in Mac OS X™ without the need to use the OPTION key, like the "U.S. - International" layout found in Microsoft® Windows™.
Nevertheless, the OPTION key function was not modified.
To install just copy the Brasileiro.bundle to /Library/Keyboard Layouts then logout and login again.
Open System Preferences, choose International and the Input Menu tab. Activate the layout named Brazilian that has a small round brazilian flag, and it will be available in the menu bar.

· Macintosh with US keyboard (desktop or portable).
