L'Astrologue 7.0

L'Astrologue is an astrological software intended to compute, draw, and interpret natal charts on the Macintosh.

L'Astrologue includes tools for forecast astrology and provides an integrated Atlas with more than 40,000 cities with time zone information, user's default city, and complete management.

L'Astrologue can be used by professional or amateur astrologers or just by people who want to easily create their own charts.

L'Astrologue has been developed on Macintosh because there was a lack of such programs on this platform. Planetary and houses positions are computed with great accuracy (less than two arc minutes in longitude) and the calculation routines are the result of an intricate research and were tested over a long period of time.

L'Astrologue should be of great help for amateur or professional astrologers. Its distribution as a shareware, gives us the oppurtunity to propose it at a low fee, in comparison of what you can find in this area.

L'Astrologue is available in English, French and German.

Limitations:

· In the unregistered version only charts for years ending by zero can be established.

What's New in This Release: [ read full changelog ]

· L'Astrologue 7 requires at least OS X 10.5, and is fully compatible with OS X 10.6 (Snow Leopard) and OS X 10.7 (Lion).
· Main asteroids (i.e. CHIRON, CERES, JUNO, PALLAS, VESTA) have been included in L'Astrologue (as requested by many users).
· Therefore, charts established with this release cannot be read by older ones, but L'Astrologue 7 is able to read previous charts (single or synastry). A lot of modifications have been made to include those "new" objects in the software. Asteroids can be displayed or not on a chart, with their related aspects or not.
· A dashed line is now displayed for emphasized objects to improve the visual aspect of a chart.
· The optional picture attached to a chart is now a little bigger than before.
· Correction of other bugs.
