CpuLimiter is a free and small application which allows one to limit CPU usage for selected virtual machines running in Parallels Desktop and/or Parallels Server.
Application contains 2 programs:
· cpu-limit which may be used separately from Terminal, and may limit any process, not only Parallels Virtual Machines.
· GUI - which wraps that cpu-limit and suitable for the most of Mac OS users.
To start application - just double click it, then select running Virtual Machine from list and set CPU limit in percentage, for selected Virtual machine for example 20, without the % symbol.
NOTE: You can start as many instances of applications as you want. Please note, at least one Virtual machine should be running , in order for the application to detect it.
Requirements:
· Parallels Desktop version 4 build 3522 or higher / Parallels Server 3 build 2251 or higher
