    RemoteQuickLaunch description

    Launch your Windows applications from your Mac

    RemoteQuickLaunch is a small OS X application that allows you to start programs on a Windows 7 PC from your Mac.

    RemoteQuickLaunch uses Java Remote Procedure Calls (RPCs) to transfer a list of shortcut icons from the host PC to the remote control computer.

    After that, the remote control computer can instruct the host to open shortcuts by clicking on them.

    Moreover, the remote discovery is done via mDNS and the open-source jmdns package is included, with its NOTICE.
