I, Librarian is an open-source and web based utility that allows you to create and annotate PDF articles and merge them into a library.

Moreover, I, Librarian was designed for science labs, departments, as well as individuals. You will be able to manage and organize your PDFs, and to create annotated collections of PDF texts.

Furthermore, I, Librarian is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux. Binaries for the Windows and Linux platforms are available on the project's homepage.
