remux is a very easy to use application that provides support for converting media files. Open the video file you want to remux to another container format, by selecting Open from the File menu or dropping it on the application icon.
A list with the tracks will appear, where you can de/select the tracks over the On checkbox and choose a convert option if available.
Select the desired new container format from the popup button in left upper corner of the window.
The track order can be rearranged by dragging. You can set the filename via the Save as button/menu or by typing in the textfield and pressing enter.
To start the remux process press the Go button. If everything is fine the progress bar will start moving and the window title will display a time remaining. If not, you will hear a beep and the error reported by FFmpeg will be shown.
