ProRey For Mac

ProRey is a powerful image and video analysis tool that is able to compare the content of two different image sets or video files by using dHash. The comparison is based on key frames, but the app also integrates preview and playback functions.

ProRey enables you to load single images, entire pictures sets, or video files that you want to compare (for this to work you need to import multiple data sets). You can run comparison tasks on either local or remote videos or image sets.

All these actions can be performed with the help of buttons integrated in the top toolbar, but for a more streamlined experience, you can use the Workflow Wizard. Here you get to load the data and select the action you want to perform by simply answering questions.

ProRey uses different CSV files to define the image set properties parameters, the EXIF names, or the custom tags. Naturally, you get to edit the files content, but make sure to restart the ProRey app for the changes to be applied.

Using that information, you get to add tags to image sets, videos, video frames, or individual images via a simple metadata panel. In return, all the associated metadata can also be exported to CSV documents. Moreover, ProRey can use the EXIF information to display the loaded images on a Google Map.
