Built-in movie and TV show catalogPopcorn Time comes with a simple and clean user interface that provide you quick and easy access to a wide variety of movie genres that range from blockbusters to drama and fiction. All provided films are streamed from numerous torrents offered by popular websites.
From Popcorn Time’s sidebar you can browse through all available movie genres and use the built-in search form in order to filter the displayed titles and find the desired movie. Once your title is selected you can view its rating, release date along with the duration, short description and the languages in which the movie is subtitled.
HD and full HD resolution supportWhat is more, Popcorn Time allows you to choose between the 720p and 1080p resolution before playing the movie. Once the movie is loaded you can take control over the player, jump to any point in the film, adjust the subtitle size and sound volume.
Full-screen modeMoreover, you can enable the full-screen mode, switch between available subtitles or load a custom subtitle from your hard disk. Since the movie is buffered from different torrents it might take a while to load the footage depending on the file size and the speed of your Internet connection.
Although the current catalog does not cover all existing movies, it is expected that the titles database will expand as new versions will come out. Also, we hope that in future updates, Popcorn Time will provide a new section for TV series.
