Although you can add or remove channels from within Plex Home Theater, you should use Plex Media Server to achieve the same result faster and easier. Hence, you can keep track of all added channels, add new ones and update or uninstall existing ones.

Moreover, you can clean up your library database and improve the streaming speed. You can even remove information about deleted media and clean the stored information about the media on your disk.

By accessing the Settings tab you can check the system version, change its name, enable or disable agents, handle your libraries and channels, change the update and share settings.
Furthermore, you can enable Media Link down-mixing of DTS audio, Dolby Digital on Apple TV, change the transcoder quality along with the network settings.
