Annot Player is a free and open source utility that allows you to share annotations while playing movies, music, pictures, and games (esp. Japanese AVG).
All annotations are saved onto the Cloud at http://annot.me.
Video site such as Youtube and Youku are also supported for playing online video together with annotations.
Annot Player is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
