VANTED is a free and open source application that performs visualization and analysis of networks containing experimental data.

Requirements:

· Java 1.5 or later
· Display resolution 1024x768 or higher
· 4 GB RAM recommended

· Fixed drawing bug which caused failure in PDF and SVG file generation in many cases
· Fixed edge shape creation bug, which resulted in disappearing edges (in case edge bend point lies inside target or source node shape)
· Fixed Fisher test calculation fixed (wrong results for very unlikely distributions)
· Additional calculation mode: two-sided Fisher test
· Fixed a major bug, which caused incorrect saving of datasets which contain apostrophe (') as substance name or any other attribute.
