    Tranche is an easy to use, handy utility for using the ProteomeCommons.org Tranche Repository.

    The Proteome Commons Tranche repository is basically a distributed file storage system that you can upload files to and download files from.

    All uploaded files are replicated several times to protect against their accidental loss.

    Tranche is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.

    Requirements:

    · Java 1.5 or later
