RIBAR and xRIBAR calculation 1.1

RIBAR and xRIBAR calculation is a free and open-source application that allows users to calculate RIBAR and xRIBAR protein ratios from Mascot .dat files or from ms-lims.

Basic steps:
· Add .dat files to the first and second data set.
· Set the Mascot alpha value (significance). The default is 0.05.
· Set the output csv file.
· Click Run (This will only be possible if everything is set correctly!)
