Java based neuron simulation utility
Quadratic Integrate-and-Fire Model is an open source simulation based on the Integrate-and-Fire Model.

The equation on which the model is based is still analytically solvable in order to determine the period of a continuously-spiking neuron.

Quadratic Integrate-and-Fire Model is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
