Phylogenetic Comparative Assembly is a powerful and very easy to use application that was created to help you generate a phylogenetic tree from reference genomes.

After loading the reference genomes, the application builds the config adjacency graph and the layouting contigs.

Phylogenetic Comparative Assembly is developed using the Java programming language and can be run on Mac OS X, Windows and Linux.
