OWLModuleExtractor is and open-source and cross-platform application that allows you to extract different types of Locality-based modules from OWL ontologies.
OWLModuleExtractor takes an input ontology and signature file, and extracts a module for the specified signature onto a chosen location.
OWLModuleExtractor was written in in Java using the OWL API libraries.
OWLModuleExtractor is cross-platform and it works on Mac OS X and Windows. Binaries for the Windows platform are available on the project's homepage.
